01 · Peer support groups

Connect, share, be heard.

Facilitated peer support groups are designed to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where men and boys can connect with others who understand.

Participants will be able to share experiences, listen, learn and offer mutual support in a setting focused on camaraderie, respect and reducing isolation. MINDSET intends to offer both online and in-person formats as capacity grows, with age-appropriate pathways where needed.

Schools & education

05 · MINDSET in schools

Helping boys build a better future.

Our school programmes are designed to help boys develop practical skills and positive foundations for life.

Areas can include confidence, resilience, self-awareness, communication, relationships, healthy living, goal-setting, aspirations, life skills and positive decision-making. Our first secondary school partnerships are planned in Ealing, with programmes expected to begin in January 2027.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

Boys and young men need positive spaces where they can build confidence, find direction and keep moving forward.
